Kokoro Tech
Kokoro Tech is a small engineering studio building crypto and fintech tooling. This site documents projects that have been individually reviewed and confirmed to exist in a meaningful state.
All projects listed here are under active development. None have been validated for production use. Do not treat any of this as stable software.
The organization has other repositories that are not yet reviewed or verified. Those projects are not documented here. Only the six projects below appear on this site.

Kokoro Terminal
A WebGPU-based terminal for viewing crypto market data. This is the project under active development.
Kokoro Auth
A unified identity provider for the Kokoro ecosystem, covering SSO, JWT authentication, and per-product subscription management.
Kokoro VPN
A self-hosted WireGuard VPN platform supporting both hub-and-spoke client VPN and mesh VPN configurations.
Kokoro Pay
A multi-chain stablecoin payment processor targeting USDC and USDT, with treasury management and invoicing capabilities.
Kokoro Constitution
An engineering governance framework that defines standards, processes, and rules for all Kokoro Tech engineering work.
Kokoro Claude Skills
A collection of Claude Code skills that automate parts of the constitutional governance process.
About this site
This documentation is maintained as a public record of verified work. It is intentionally narrow in scope. Pages are only added when a project has been individually confirmed. Content is written to be accurate and understated — if something is uncertain, it is either omitted or stated as uncertain.
Kokoro Terminal is the current focus of active development. The other five projects exist in various states of early development and are documented here for organizational clarity, not as an indication that they are ready for use.
